Mei architects and planners is an eminent representative of the Dutch Approach and an expert in the field of transformation projects. Our office will participate EXPO REAL in Munich this year with the Royal Institute of Dutch Architects. In our residential projects we realize urban style lofts in which the occupants can arrange the interiors as they wish. Our project Fenixlofts in Rotterdam is an excellent example of a transformation project combined with 200 new build loft apartments on top. The apartments can be divided both horizontally and vertically, a unique concept. With 45.000 m2 it is one of the biggest projects under construction in The Netherlands.
