In anticipation of the reopening of OMI Rotterdam, which will in any case remain closed until 20 April due to the COVID measures, we will continue with the programming around the exhibition Rotterdam and Mei. In the evening of April 20, OMI will go live with Robert Winkel!
Via a livestream, Robert will present SAWA, the first fully wooden residential building in Rotterdam. He examines the underlying ideas; from the construction to the intended community. He will dive into biodiversity in SAWA, including a wealthy range of plants and nesting boxes for various birds. The livestream ends with a Q&A in which listeners can ask questions about this special project and its significance for the current housing assignment.
