The new McDonald’s pavilion on Coolsingel Rotterdam designed by Mei architects and planners is winner of the Iconic Awards 2015 ‘The whole world of architecture’ – category Architecture. The Iconic Awards is an international Architecture and Design Award for architects and designers, organized by the German Design Council. According to the organization, the winner is an “independent symbol of quality and contemporary developments with an excellent international reputation”.
In addition, we can also report that McDonald’s Rotterdam has been nominated for the German Design Award 2016 – Excellent Communications Design.
