The nearly 100-meter-high tower, Terra by SPOT, has been successfully completed. On behalf of COD and DUQER, we have realized the design in collaboration with Marc Koehler.
Transformation project SPOT
Terra is part of the large-scale renewal of the Bullewijk office park in Amsterdam Southeast. What was once an office park is being transformed into a vibrant live-work area. The tower accommodates 262 homes, designed for a diverse group of residents. Thanks to the smart layout and large windows, the homes benefit from plenty of natural daylight, which provides a pleasant and healthy living environment.
The beating heart of the community
At the center of the building lies the Bikeparc, a meeting place around the atrium that connects residents with each other. Here, the bike and the resident are literally and figuratively central. This setup not only encourages connection, but also contributes to an active and healthy lifestyle.
