The 39 owner-occupied homes in SAWA have been on sale since a week! Last Friday, November 12, more than 200 potential buyers attended the sales event, which took place in our office café Nice Place at various times throughout the day. Clients Nice Developers and ERA Contour, as well as Kettner Makelaardij and Mei, were present to answer all questions from interested parties. The event was organized by De Wijde Blik Communicatie.
During the event, the brand new sales brochure, which was made from ‘growing paper’ with flower seeds, was handed out to visitors. There was room to ask questions about living in a sustainable wooden building – both architecturally and financially. And on a large screen, visitors could walk around the building and through their preferred home in VR. This gave interested parties a clear picture of, for example, the lively communal deck, the placement in the area, the light and space, and the amazing view over the water. Each time slot ended with a visit to the site, where SAWA construction will begin in the second quarter of 2022.
