3 September saw the opening of the Chewing Gum Factory, the factory hall of the former Maple Leaf complex. A number of distinctive loft offices full of character have been completed, and the additional structure on top contains two new-build penthouse offices. The building has been transformed into a mixed-use building for creative and extravert occupants that include such tenants as Q-music.
