Spaces aimed at meeting and shared use play an important role in the formation of a close-knit community. By introducing shared facilities – such as workshops, bikes and cars – we capitalise on the power of the sharing economy. With a lot of attention for circular, CO2-neutral and nature-inclusive design, we use our knowledge and experience to build a future-proof environment and accelerate a transition in construction.
With SAWA, we add value to the neighborhood and the city in the broadest sense. These “shared values” relate to CO2 reduction, enhancing biodiversity, creating a circular building with affordable housing.
