A big milestone for SPOT Amsterdam, as the building permit has officially been granted!
Together with Marc Koehler Architects, we are designing Tower E of this vibrant new neighborhood in Amsterdam. With a unique bicycle concept in the heart of the building, the project actively promotes healthy living. Not only will the future community be able to share special bikes – like electric bicycles or cargo bikes – but we designed several solutions for bike parking, making it possible for residents up to the fourth floor to park their bike right in front of their door.
Now that the permit has been finalized, building preparations will start soon. Keep an eye on our website for updates.
