The Schiecentrale 4B, a mixed-use building for living and working in the Lloydkwartier in Rotterdam, has an exceptionally high degree of flexibility and user freedom. By use of the Open Building principles, the building can be continuously adapted to the wishes of the user. The animations below show exactly how Robert Winkel’s loft apartment (top floor of the Schiecentrale) and Mei’s office have changed over the years.
