Fenix I has been nominated for the Uli Europe Awards for Excellence! Fenix I scores exceptionally high on the important topics of mixed-use, working, living and culture. Creativity played a major role, both in the design of the large number of apartments (214 units) and in the important function that cultural parties were assigned. Even during the development of Fenix, there was a strong focus on attracting cultural parties. Codarts, Circus Rotjeknor and Conny Janssen Danst relocated to Fenix. ‘
