The construction of Max & Moore is nearing completion! These high-profile office buildings in Amsterdam, designed for Being Development and COD, are used by creative, productive entrepreneurs who enjoy working in a healthy and nature-inclusive environment.
Both buildings have their own character, but are connected to each other by common facilities and a green pergola bridge. In the plinth, facilities connect to the public space and provide a lively program. Large overhead doors of no less than 7.2 meters wide and 4 meters high ensure that the interior and exterior flow into each other, and users of the building find themselves in a pleasant, green environment both inside and outside.
At the moment, the facade panels (including PV panels) and concrete elements are installed at Max, the tallest building. The white concrete has been placed on the facade of Moore. Moreover, the terraces, bicycle parking and planters in the patios are being installed. In the coming months, the white PV panels from Moore will follow, and the curtain wall in the plinth of Max will also be placed. The project is expected to be completed by the middle of this year.
