The transformation of Glashaven 8-12 in Rotterdam, for which Mei designed the plan, is progressing quickly! The former office building will accommodate a residential programme with 87 independent studios for students, communal and private outdoor spaces and a bicycle cellar with storage facilities. To make room for the new programme, a three-storey addition has been placed on top of the existing building.
