The original allure of this characteristic corner building will be restored. Among other things, the verticality and many characteristic details of the façade are being restored. The hole in the street wall of the Jan van Avennestraat will be filled with two new dwellings. The houses will get loft quality with large windows, lots of daylight and a large floor height. De Confectiefabriek will soon be a valuable addition to the area in terms of both housing and appearance.
